The City of Biggs Municipal Utilities' Bill payment system is now powered by XpressBill Pay. We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit cards as well as e-checks. No PayPal or Venmo at this time.
You now have full access to your current account balance And you can enable electronic bill delivery via email, account alerts via email and/or text message and various automatic payment options.
Our new online payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill. If you have an internet connection and an email address, you can pay your bill online! It’s fast, it’s easy, and you no longer have to write a check each month or find a stamp when it’s time to send in your payment.
How It Works:We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online payment systems. When you sign up for online bill payment, you will get a secure password to access your personal account at xpressbillpay.com. Every month we’ll send you a reminder email to let you know when your bill is online.
Then, log in through your web browser and view your bill. Select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer — enter the requested information, and you’re done! It’s that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes.
***NOTE:Only for first time set up, you will need your NEW (all numeric) account number as shown on utility bills ariving September 1, 2020 or later.
You can set up account alerts to your email and/or via text message to cell phone when your bill is ready to view, past due, etc. This is where you can also request electronic email statements rather than paper statements.
